1) -  If the Product is not working as expected, you have to describe what is not working, otherwise if you expectation is not related with the script you purchased and its description, the request will be rejected.  Also, you cannot request a refund when you expected something else but in the description describes everything and how it actually works.

2) - If the product is not working based on your version / framework, we are not in charge and we do not accept any kind of refund since we already mention what frameworks are supported, including their versions.

3) - We do not accept any kind of refunds in case a script has bought without knowing there were other paid dependencies since the dependencies are tagged (mentioned) on the script description.

4) - If you request a refund and 48 hours (2 days) have already pasted, the request will be rejected, we do not accept any refunds after an amount of time, refunds are not possible, as one is not entitled to a return product (script) for such a digital item as it has been used.

5) - We do not accept any refund requests in case the script is not as you expected since all the features are mentioned from the script, you could also ask what does it have and what does not have.
