The specified script is allowing the players to rent motel / hotel rooms, expand them, share the key rooms with friends or family by using our own doorlock system and also supporting storage containers and wardrobes.

- We provide 4 default motels with all the door configurations by default.
- Create multiple motel locations through the configuration file, manage their total weight, price, type (cash, gold & items are supported as purchase methods), renting, Β society earnings (if society enabled on the specified motel), blips, npc data and all motel rooms (including doorlock system).
- After every lobby action, if there is an NPC (if exists), it will be doing a "searching" animation for a few seconds to make it more realistic (optional).
- Lobby menu to rent rooms (you can of course rent as many as you want), buy room keys for sharing to other players for having access, and expanding your staying (which also informs you about the duration that is left). The keys that have been shared to other players will no longer work when another player rents the same room that has already been expired.
- Society Job Support for those who want a motel to be based on a society, the society will be receiving all the earnings from renting, expanding and buying keys (This is optional for every motel). We do NOT support any society script, we only provide the function (code) with job and money earning parameters for adding your own society event trigger manually.
- We provide the doorhashes.lua file which is for adding doors (this is required for custom mlos, to register their doors) for our own doorlock system.
- Inventory containers supported by TP Containers resource script and wardrobe event trigger which provide you in the configuration file an option to set the event for opening a wardrobe of the script you are using for saving outfits.
- The script will be fully responsive to a huge playerbase, it will not cause any server delays or crashes when having many players online, all the updates are requested and updated properly.
- Properly saving all data before server restarts or every x minutes (fully configurable).
